even when sitting down and typing this, or like 5 minutes ago when i closed my eyes and listened to canon in D, i still cannot breath. taking in short shallow breaths that left me needing oxygen, but my body refuses to cooperate. it happens exclusively at night, and have been gaining frequency. what is wrong with me?:(

tranquilizers no more. give me an answer.
