Hmm... yesterday i went for the band concert as an usherer. from bout 5pm till 7pm. not bad la, and i m sitting at the front, so i manage to take some pictures. The concert is a combined one, with the JSS Symphonic Band and Orchid Park Wind Orchestra. very nice music,this girl from orchid park is playing this huge instrument tat resembles a cello. hmm... i dun realli know its name though. bud there were four of them playing this instrument=) looks awesome...
this is miss chng, band teacher I/C of the JSB. whoa... she's not a ordinary woman. she started her music education at the age of 5 and can play the piano damned well. tat day in the lab, she play for me and hazel the fur elise and we were enthralled. woohoo. piano rawks... even though i cannot play it. haha. i rather be the listener...this ting the band members are playing is so so so huge! nice, bud i tink they're gonna need a lot of oxygen...=) haha.bud kudos to them.... i wunt be able to play this in a hundred years...

well, that's all really..bud its so nice. although i had to leave halfway. wad a pity. i especially liked the piece TONG HUA by the Orchid Park Wind Orchestra.=) very shiok.=) i wish i can play it too... on the piano especially. mayb shld ask sellek to play it once more... bud Titanic is his piece man. totally fab. haha. gtg for bowling wid my dad le.
